In mid-1990s, The direction of exports was in a way that Japan and the United Kingdom were the largest importers of Iranian goods (absorbing about 16 percent and 17 percent of total exports, respectively), Germany and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) were the main destinations for non-oil exports, capturing 13 percent and 16 percent of these exports, respectively. Iran's Plan for Global Competitive Market

To be an important actor in liberalized global markets, Iran should has plans and trade policy for each part, each section and each item of export-import goods and services. These plans should be considered up to down. In first step, the plan should consider the necessity of boosting industrial development, agricultural development and also programs and plans for services sectors. Second it should examine the sub-sectors and finally each good and service item in details.
The development of each country’s trade policy in whole and in part is the result of intersection of economic, legal and political information. ITL is dedicated to the legal point of view to fill this gap. To have a up-down trend, it should first examine Iran’s trade policy in general and then in each industrial goods, agricultural goods and services and finally in each item of good and service.
