According to WTO’s International Trade Statistics, the value of Iran’s EDP and Office Equipment (electronic data processing and office equipment) imports in 2000 was $155 million. This amount increased to $491 million in 2006, $530 million in 2007 and finally $516 million in 2008. Accordingly, the share of EDP and office equipment imports in Iran’s total value of imports was 1.1% in 2000 and 0.9% in 2008.
