Hassan RAZAVI is PhD in Law in international trade law from University of Neuchatel, Switzerland. Ranked second in the Nationwide Iranian Public Universities Entrance Examination for undergraduate studies (among more than 550,000 participants) and first in the Iranian Free (Azad) Universites Entrance Examination (among more than 440,000 participants) in 2001, he has done his Bachelor in Law and his Master in Private Law (Civil and Commercial Law) in University of Tehran, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences; the oldest and most prestigious Law Faculty in Iran. He was ranked first in his LL.B. and LL.M. class and received a highly prestigious award of the “Late Professor Vahedi” in 2005; the award which was granted to the best law student by the Dean of Faculty of Law & Political Sciences of University of Tehran.

 

Mr. Razavi has been a trainee lawyer in Tehran Bar Association for two years. He has practiced international business law in “Bureau for International Legal Services of Iran” for two years and also served as a legal advisor for several international corporations and also “Swiss Institute of Comparative Law”. Being a member of Swiss Arbitration Association, his area of practice is banking and financial institutions, international business contracts, economic sanctions and WTO law.

 

He has been awarded the “2010 JusticeMaker” from the “International Bridges to Justice (IBJ)” and has created the IranTradeLaw (ITL) as the first Persian platform on International trade law and first English platform on trade law subjects which relates to Iran.
